Site Superintendent

About the role

The Site Superintendent will lead daily construction activities for a new medical facility on Kwajalein Island. This position requires managing a remote, rotational workforce while ensuring compliance with all federal and healthcare design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on‑site construction operations for the medical facility project.
• Ensure all work meets USACE specifications, drawings, quality‑control requirements, and UFC healthcare design standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and QC Manager to keep the schedule on track, resolve field issues, and manage change orders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of superintendent experience in vertical construction.
• Experience with medical facilities or federal/USACE projects is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a remote island environment on a rotational or long‑term assignment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of USACE specifications and procedures.
• Familiarity with UFC healthcare design standards.
